Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

Effective Date: May 9, 2025

This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the Agreement between the Customer and Klever Cloud LLC. It applies when Klever Cloud processes Personal Data on behalf of the Customer.

1. Roles of the Parties

The Customer acts as the Controller, determining the purpose of processing. Klever Cloud acts as a Processor.

2. Processing Obligations

• Process data only under documented Customer instructions
• Maintain confidentiality and restrict access to authorized personnel
• Apply appropriate security measures

3. Subprocessors

Klever Cloud may engage Subprocessors such as hosting, email, and analytics providers. All Subprocessors are bound by contractual obligations consistent with this DPA.

4. Data Subject Rights

Klever Cloud assists the Customer in addressing requests such as access, correction, deletion, or portability.

5. Breach Notification

Klever Cloud will notify the Customer without undue delay if a confirmed Personal Data breach occurs.

6. Data Deletion

Upon request or termination, Personal Data will be deleted or returned unless law requires retention.

7. Governing Law

This DPA is governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
